Dear Prospective Exhibitor,

Exhibit spaces for standard booths are available. Exhibitors that complete and mail or fax the exhibit registration form will have their logos added to the conference web site.
Exhibitors that send the exhibit registration form and their company’s logo no later than Friday January 4 will have their logos included in the Conference posters.  (You will need to send your company’s logo (.tif, .jpg) to richard.bailey@baesystems.com)

Exhibitors will be contacted when their application is received. The "Exhibitor's Registration Fee" will be fulfilled by the exhibitor registering three conference attendees directly attributable to their company or organization. The conference  attendee registration fee of $245 per attendee. You can register employees, prospective clients or others (attendees names can be changed no later than January 30, 2002). Each exhibitor will be provided with an Exhibitor's Services Kit that will include information for ordering exhibitor items (electrical power, telephone hook-ups, shipping services, and other items) at the exhibitor's expense. Each registered exhibitor will be provided with a standard 8'x10' carpeted booth area (pipe and drape), a table and two chairs. 

Exhibitors that send the exhibit registration form no later than January 16 will have exhibitor's information and logo included in the Conference Proceedings.

We encourage attendees and exhibitors to stay at the conference hotel as that helps us with conference costs. Details on hotel registration are forthcoming (first week of January 2002).

Security will not be provided in the exhibit area so we strongly recommend that you do not leave valuable equipment unattended.
