To update your version of the above:

1. UNINSTALL TestSmartCardDll
2. UNINSTALL DVANCMD
3. Remove directory: tmp\DVANCMD
4. Remove directory: tmp\TestSmartCardDll
5. Install DLL
6. Install Test application
