Registration

The registration fee of $255 will include admittance to conference sessions for both days, an evening reception, access to exhibits, conference materials, refreshments during coffee breaks and lunches. Holiday Inn

A block of rooms has been reserved at the Holiday Inn in Gaithersburg under "IT Accessibility" with a special rate of $95 per night. Several rooms are wheelchair accessible. The cut off date for this special rate is May 1st. Please make reservations early, for there are only a limited number of rooms at this rate. Gaithersburg Hilton

A block of rooms has been reserved at the Gaithersburg Hilton under "IT Accessibility" with a special rate of $119 per night. Several rooms are wheelchair accessible.
