    NIST is developing the post editing software package using Java. Our working environment is NETBEANS IDE 5.0 on MAC OS X. Choose to download the current version of what we have in our CVS repository for the entire project, or the JAR file.

    		 05/02/06 Calculate edit distance: TERCOM
    The perl script being used for calculating edit distance has been provided by Snover (UMD/BBN). The download is the current script that NIST is using, but see the TERCOM URL for up-to-date software modifications and the TERCOM technical paper.
