Transcripts for the Meeting Room Data

Updated: 04/12/2002 8:45 AM

1.0 Contents

This page points to the meeting room transcripts made available by NIST for the RT-02 Evaluation. The page will contain both the transcripts produced by the contributing sites, (CMU, ICSI, and LDC), and the transcripts converted to a single format, NIST's Universal Transcript Format (UTF) format. Not all transcripts are available at this time, and not all transcripts have been converted to NIST's UTF format. When new transcripts are available, the page will be update accordingly.

The release also contains Unpartitioned Evaluation Map (UEM) files for each meeting's excerpt. Each excerpt is 10 minutes in length an serves as a psuedo development test set.

2.0 Downloading Instructions

Transcripts are available by browsing this web page on downloading a compressed tar file from the URL http://www.nist.gov/speech/tests/rt/rt2002/meetingdata.tgz.
