TEST: #SR 7
      "Changing structure identifier and references with the
       original identifier having the same value as the resulting
       identifier should create one new structure with the
       resulting identifier in the CSS."

<change structure identifier and references> strid strid
Use <inquire structure identifiers> to determine:
  nstid = number of structure identifiers
  nstr  = a structure identifier
pass/fail depending on (strid = 1 and nstr = strid )

TEST: #SR 7
      "Changing structure identifier and references with the
       original identifier having the same value as the resulting
       identifier should create an empty structure with the
       resulting identifier in the CSS."

Use <inquire structure status> on strid to determine
     strsti = structure status identifier
pass/fail depending on (strsti = empty)
