EWEHAZ
Name:
Type:
Purpose:
Compute the standard form of the exponentiated Weibull
hazard function with shape parameters
and
.
Description:
Syntax:
LET <y> = EWEHAZ(<x>,<gamma>,<theta>)
<SUBSET/EXCEPT/FOR qualification>
where <x> is a variable, number, or parameter;
<y> is a variable or a parameter (depending on what
<x> is) where the computed exponentiated Weibull
hazard value is stored;
<gamma> is a positive number, parameter, or variable
that specifies the first shape parameter;
<theta> is a positive number, parameter, or variable
that specifies the second shape parameter;
and where the <SUBSET/EXCEPT/FOR qualification> is optional.
Examples:
LET A = EWEHAZ(3,2,3)
LET A = EWEHAZ(A1,4,0.5)
LET X2 = EWEHAZ(X1,2,1.5)
LET X2 = EWEHAZ(X1,GAMMA,THETA)
Note:
The general form of the exponentiated Weibull hazard function
includes the location parameter
and the scale
parameter .
The general form of the hazard function can be computed from the
standard form of the hazard function:
