Purpose:
    Compute the standard form of the geometric extreme exponential hazard function with tail length parameter gamma.
Description:
    The standard form of the geometric extreme exponential hazard function is:

      h(x) = EXP(x)/(EXP(x) + gamma -1)
Syntax:
    LET <y2> = GEEHAZ(<y1>,GAMMA)             <SUBSET/EXCEPT/FOR qualification>
    where <y1> is a variable, number, or parameter;
                <y2> is a variable or a parameter (depending on what <y1> is) where the computed geometric extreme exponential hazard value is stored;
                <GAMMA> is a positive number or parameter that specifies the shape parameter;
    and where the <SUBSET/EXCEPT/FOR qualification> is optional.
Examples:
    LET A = GEEHAZ(3,2)
    LET A = GEEHAZ(A1,4)
    LET X2 = GEEHAZ(X1,8)
