The 3 U's that must be avoided or eliminated in the work area--

   1. Unreasonableness

   2. Unevenness

   3. Uselessness

Whenever anything unreasonable, uneven, or useless is observed,
it should be written down, and a remedy should be worked out
as soon as possible.
