Goal

The goal of this talk is to describe some of the major issues related to:

1. the causes of numerical inaccuracy in linear statistical calculations,
   
   
2. the selection of datasets for assessing software for linear modeling, and
   
   
3. the computation of error-free statistical results for each dataset.
